  • I feel disapointed in the generations before me

    how inhumane can a person really be? is it wrong to walk away from your grandparents?

    putting an animal to sleep is one thing, if it is hurt that is one thing but to actually kill a poor innocent baby animal "just because" is inhumane and i have never lost respect for someone so fast, i got up and walked out of the house, got in my car, and drove home. i have never thought of people to be so cold and heartless. and to be honest, i hope he learns a lesson from this, grandpa, you will have to do a lot to get me back. i just can't believe you would go against my beliefs like that, i thought you loved and respected me more than that.

    another thing i hate is that i have never met grandparent without a favorite grandchild, i know for a fact that i am not the favorite but gosh, it would at least be nice to be treated the same way as the "more important" grandchildren.

    i also cannot stand the fact that they judge so quickly and so rudely. dear grandma, i'm sorry i'm not what you wanted, i don't have a 4.0 gpa, i'm not 120 pounds (but you sure didn't have to call me fat to my face), i'm sorry for getting engaged before a time you think is appropriate, i'm sorry you don't love me for me, and for the love of god grandma i apologize for NOT BEING PERFECT!!!!!!!

  • it's hard to be ok . . . in such a judgemental world

    I've learned something being a teenager, this world is full of people who say they don't care but in all honesty they care way too much, and judge way too fast. People talk about teen pregnancy like it is a crime because we aren't responsible enough. However, I don't think that is fair. True, we aren't ready for that. We are only kids ourselves, how are we supposed to raise one? But most teen pregnancies happen because of carelessness, no one considers those who make a choice to get pregnant for a good reason. What about those teen girls or couples who have been told they may never have kids? What about us?

    You know what, I thought of all people the boy I am marrying or my mommy would support me, hey, I guess I was wrong.
